Puedes usar net stop [service name] para parar y net start [service name] para iniciar de nuevo básicamente reiniciando el servicio.

Para combinarlos sólo haz esto - net stop [service name] && net start [service name].


También hay un comando construido específicamente para jugar con los servicios: sc

DESCRIPTION: SC is a command line program used for communicating with the Service Control Manager and services. USAGE: sc [command] [service name] ... Por favor, tenga en cuenta que si hay otros servicios que dependen de este servicio - lo normal net stop & net start no los reiniciará. net stop /y detendrá todas las dependencias

Ejemplo más común - SQL Server & SQL Agent.

Yo recomiendo el cmdlet de PowerShell para resolver esto:

powershell -command "Restart-Service MSSQLSERVER -Force"

Después de que MSSQLSERVER se inicia - el cmdlet inicia todas las dependencias previamente detenidas.

PS: Asegúrese de que está ejecutando el comando como administrador

Para resolver el molesto error de que el driver intuitivo de Wacom no funcione me pongo en cada reinicio.

La utilidad PsService de PsTools proporciona un comando restart para servicios, con parámetros adicionales para ejecutarlo en otra máquina.

psservice [-accepteula] [\Computer [-u Username [-p Password]]] restart <service-name>

La bandera -accepteula le guarda la ventana de EULA por si es la primera vez que utiliza esta utilidad con el usuario actual.

En caso de que conozca la ruta de ubicación del ejecutable del servicio, podría usar

"[service name.exe] console"

En la línea de comandos.

Eso le ayudará a depurar el problema si el servicio no se inicia.
